This is Magicians Flash Cotton.
Flash Cotton is similar to Flash Paper but it burns faster and cleaner. Use any flame from a lighter or Fire Wand and once it is touched it will burst into a ball of fire. Also it ignites with less heat than Flash Paper. So you could use even a small spark to ignite it. This is useful as it can be ignited secretly with hand gimmicks like the Power Flash Gimmick or Finger Flasher. These items give you the ability to create the flashes out of thin air from your hand.

Shipped wet with water for safety. You must let the product dry completely before using. The product will not ignite properly when wet.
It looks just like a cotton ball. When it arrives, you just spread it out thin. Once it is dried and not even damp you tear off small pieces of it to use in your tricks. Weight of cotton itself is about .24 ounces.
